Peter Donaldson was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Donaldson began his career with roles in "The Getaway" (1994) with Alec Baldwin, "Escape Clause" (Showtime, 1995-96) and the dramatic adaptation "Long Day's Journey Into Night" (1996) with William Hutt. Later, Donaldson acted in "Liberty! The American Revolution" (1997-98), the Ian Holm dramatic adaptation "The Sweet Hereafter" (1997) and "Deeply" (2000) with Lynn Redgrave. He also appeared in "Jewel" (CBS, 2000-01) and "The Last Debate" (Showtime, 2000-01). More recently, Donaldson acted in the comedy "Top of the Food Chain" (2000) with Campbell Scott.
